My Favorite Restaurants in Thailand and Around

The title says it all. This is a list of my favorite restaurants in Thailand and around Southeast Asia. This list started in Chiang Mai, but has been slowly expanding, roughly in proportion to my waistline.

Omission from this list means nothing, but inclusion means I thoroughly enjoy and highly recommend the restaurant. Let me know if you try one of these restaurants - both good and bad comments are welcome.
